Come show off your cooking talents at the Fit and Fun 4-H Food Show on February 23, 2008 from 9am until 12pm. You will be able to participate in workshops and activities related to healthy lifestyles and show off the food that you have prepared. The event is open to all 4-hers, ages 5-18.
