In honor of North Carolina's Arbor Day, the NC Urban Forestry Council (NCUFC) is asking for video submissions for their 2018 NC Trees and Me video Contest.

Contest submissions will be short videos (15 to 90 seconds) that answer the question, “What do trees mean to me?”.  Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) or group(s) whose video submission receives the most online votes. The Grand Prize winner will receive $200, and the Runner Up Winner will receive $50. Both videos will also be featured on NCUFC’s website and social media platforms in honor of Arbor Day and beyond.

Submissions will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. ET on March 14, 2018

Please see the attached flier for more information. Rules, terms, and conditions of the contest can be found online at www.ncufc.org.  The mission of the NCUFC is to advocate the sustainability of North Carolina’s urban forests through the use of economic, human, and environmental resources. Questions?  Contact Leslie Moorman, contest administrator, at ncufc1@gmail.com.
