A new 4-H horse club resource is now available for purchase with a coupon code for $20 off for a limited time. This new resource, "Horse Smarts," will become an official resource for the horse bowl and hippology contests FOR ALL DIVISIONS beginning in January 2018. It will REPLACE the Youth Horse Leader's Council Resource. So, effective Jan 1 2018, Horse Smarts will be a resource for ALL DIVISIONS and the Youth Leader's Manual will be removed.
