Alleghany 4-H'ers finish 1st
The Alleghany 4-H Horse Bowl Junior Team finished first in their division at
the West Central District Horse Bowl Competition this past Saturday, February
11th in Iredell County.
Members of the team included Coach - Stacy Adams, Team Captain - Gretchen Huysman, Olivia Townsend, Avery Chandler, Jessica Wyatt, and Tessa Cesare. Gretchen also placed first for the overall Junior
Individual High Points score. The team
will compete in the State Competition to be held at A&T State University in
Greensboro on March 3. Congratulations
to the team.
