The State 4-H
Horse Artistic Expression entry forms are now available. Because there have been issues with the 4-H
Horse Program website, Rockingham County 4-H has linked all the forms on their web site under the heading -
"2014 NC 4-H Horse Artistic Expression Entry Forms". http://rockingham.ces.ncsu.edu/categories/4-h-youth-development/
There are 10
contest entry forms listed from craft to short story.
All entries have to be postmarked by May 1st.
